Fresh Spinach Slaw
4 cups shredded fresh spinach
3/4 cup creamed cottage cheese
1 medium carrot, pared and thinly sliced
1/4 cup thinly sliced radishes
1 tsp grated onion
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp liquid hot pepper seasoning
2 tbsp clear French dressing
Instructions
In large bowl toss all ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour before serving. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves, if desired.
