2 c. tomatoes
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. butter
1 bay leaf
1 finely chopped onion, brown in butter
1 finely chopped clove garlic
1 tsp. red hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. hickory smoke salt
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Bring these ingredients to boil. Turn down and simmer for 15 minutes. Now drain and shred your pork roast. Mix in the sauce and let simmer 10 to 15 more minutes..
