Fruited Chicken Salad
4 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. sliced olives
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Instructions
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss lightly. Chill several hours. Just before serving, mix in chow mein noodles.
