6 Cups Golden delicious apples; chopped
2 Teaspoons Baking powder
2 Tablespoons Baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Raisins; optional
Instructions
Mix wet ingredients, add apples, flour and other dry ingredients and raisins (up to about 1/2 cup). Bake 325 for 1 hr. {use 9x13x3 greased pan
