Sugar Free Fruit Bars
1/2 cup dates, cut up
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup prunes, cut up
1 cup water
1 stick butter
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Boil together the dates, raisins, prunes and water for 5 minutes; add butter and stir until melts. Dry aside to cool. When cool, add the eggs, baking soda, vanillas, salt all-purpose flour, nuts and spices. Mix well spray a 7 by 11 inch pan with non-stick spray. Pour better into pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into bars.
Makes 36 pars. Each bar is 74 calories.
