1 box German Chocolate cake (dry)
3/4 cup melted butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 (14 ounce) package caramels
1 cup nuts

Mix cake, butter and 1/3 cup of evaporated milk. Put half of the batter into a greased 9 by 13 pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 6 to 6 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with caramels that are melted in 1/3 cup of the evaporated milk. Top with nuts and rest of the batter. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer.
