2 slices ham about 1/2 inch thick
4 c. soft bread cubes
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. melted butter
Pineapple slices, drain and save juice for above
30 whole cloves
Mix bread crumbs, raisins, brown sugar, juice, and butter. Place 1 ham slice in shallow baking pan and spread with stuffing. Top with 2nd ham slice. Stud cloves around edge of ham slices. Place pineapple slices on top of ham. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish with parsley.
