Heat all ingredients except granola and Cool Whip in microwave until apples are soft (about 3 to 5 minutes). Put 1 tablespoon of low fat granola in the bottom of each of two parfait glasses. Divide the apple mixture in half and pour over granola. Top each serving with 1 Tablespoon of granola and ¼ cup of Fat Free Cool Whip.
