Microwave Pumpkin Pie
1 pie shell, baked (9 inch)
1 can pumpkin pie mix (30 oz.)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 c. evaporated milk
Instructions
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in small custard cup, about 30 seconds. Add 1/2 tablespoon vanilla. Brush mixture on a 9 inch pie shell. Pour pie mixture in shell. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on high. Let cool.
