1-1/2 cup sifted flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons liquid sweetener
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Sift flour, baking powder and salt and set aside. Cream remaining ingredients and blend into dry ingredients. Form into two rolls about one inch in diameter. Wrap in wax paper and chill overnight. Cut into 1/8 inch slices. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350? for 12 to 15
minutes. Each cookie equals fourteen calories.
