Barbecue Pork And Beans
1-1/2 lb. pork roast3 cans med. size pork & beansButtered bread crumbs (approx. 1-1/2 c.)3/4 c. brown sugarMustard to tasteDash of hot sauce to tasteWorcestershire sauce to tasteKetchup to taste
Roast pork roast (plain). Cool. Cut into lean pieces (throw away fat). Mix with mustard, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Add beans, mix well. Put in heavy casserole (bean pot). Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Dot with ketchup. Cook for several hours (the longer the better) at 275 to 300 degrees. 6 servings.
