Barbecue Ribs With Red Sauce
MARINATING SAUCE:2 c. soy sauce1 c. water1/2 c. brown sugar1 tbsp. molasses1 tsp. salt
Mix and bring to boil ingredients for marinating sauce; let cool. Pour over ribs or chops and let sit overnight. Remove from sauce and bake in pan; cover tightly and bake at 375 degrees until tender (2 hours).RED SAUCE:1/3 c. water1 (14 oz.) ketchup1 (12 oz.) chili sauce1/2 c. brown sugar1 tbsp. dry mustardMix and bring to boil ingredients for red sauce. Dip chops or ribs in sauce and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Both sauces can be reused if brought to a boil and refrigerated or frozen.
