Chicken And Water Chestnuts Casserole
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. cooked chicken
1 c. cooked celery (3 minutes and drain)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. slivered almonds
TOPPING
1 c. corn chex cereal
1/4 c. melted butter
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except topping. Put in casserole or baking dish. Add topping. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
