4 c. thinly sliced carrots1/3 c. orange juice1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. ginger1/3 c. orange marmalade1 tbsp. butter
Combine carrots, orange juice, salt, ginger, and marmalade. Put into a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Dot with butter. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until carrots are tender. Makes 8 servings.
